I'm not happy with my service - what do I do?
Green Acres guarantees all work delivered by our franchisees - if you're not 100% happy we'll make sure that issues are rectified quick smart. Let your franchisee know or contact us on 0800 803 200.
My franchisee broke something - what happens now?
Oops! All our franchisees are comprehensively insured - this insurance will cover any damage to your property in the course of their work. Just let them know and they'll start the process for you.
How do I contact my franchisee?
Our franchisees will always supply their contact details to you, but if not you should be able to find it on your electronic invoice that is emailed to you. Alternatively, contact us on 0800 803 200 and we'll connect you asap.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yep! The majority of our products have the Environmental Tick, or the CARE4 Accreditation. Exceptions are our oven cleaner, and bleach. If you have any concerns or preferences, please talk to your franchisee.
Do I need to supply my own products?
Nope!
Our franchisees bring all their own products and equipment - which ensures the safest products available being used in your home that meet our strict environmental standards. Put your feet up!
I have special products that I want my cleaner to use - is this okay?
No problem! Our franchisees are familiar with most products, however for some you may need to discuss with them what you want to see done in particular areas of your home or workspace.
We offer Afterpay on all our services, giving you the chance to spread your payments. You have the choice to use Afterpay on your invoice, just click on the Afterpay button. If you get stuck, contact our admin team on [email protected]
Yes we do! Our vouchers are sent as an e-voucher directly to your email, with no expiration date. Simply deposit your chosen amount (any amount is acceptable) into our account, and we'll email you the e-voucher.

We don't want to give out keys or codes - can we still book with Green Acres?
We get it - every companies security needs are unique. We have Commercial Cleaning franchisees who can clean during business hours, and are trained to do while causing minimum disruption.
Are your franchisees going to be safe on our building site?
Absolutely. All of our franchisees carry the necessary PPE for their jobs, and follow our strict Safety Procedures for every site. They can also accommodate any health and safety processes you have, and are very familiar with working around any other trades on site too.
How experienced are your franchisees in the education sector?
All our franchisees are trained in the specifics of hygiene requirements of high-use environments, be that the early-child-care-centres or the university library.

Do you offer builder's cleans?
Absolutely! All of our franchisees are trained in the detail cleaning for recently completed domestic and commercial building sites. They're very familiar with builders dust and know how to keep themselves safe.
We've had an outbreak - can Green Acres help?
We understand that education brings people together to shared spaces. This comes with unique risks. Our franchisees are comprehensively trained in emergency response cleans to outbreaks of highly contagious infections.
How will you bill our company?
All our franchisees are set up with electronic invoicing (we're a paperless organisation) to make it easy for you to pay them. This is generally on monthly payment terms, but feel free to make arrangements with your franchisee.

What is the term of a contract with Green Acres?

Do I need experience to become a Green Acres franchisee?
Our comprehensive training, ongoing support and award-winning systems remove the need for experience.
All you'll need is a good attitude and work ethic along with the desire to own your own business and be in charge of your life. With those traits, you're already well on your way to being a successful Green Acres business owner.

How does the Green Acres Guarantee work?
The Green Acres turnover guarantee ensures a level of gross weekly turnover for the first two years of your business, a joint responsibility where Green Acres helps acquire new customers, and you maintain high standards of service and availability as outlined in your franchise agreement.
How do I finance my Green Acres business?
Our Alliance Partners can help!
You can apply for a business loan at your own bank where they may be able to lend up to 50% of the purchase price, or further lending if you have equity in your home. We also work with MTF, the local money experts.
What do I get in my equipment pack?
To get you fully up and running, you'll be provided with an equipment package which we have compiled based on over 20 years of experience and success in the industry.
The package will provide you with all the tools of the trade – from uniforms, vehicle signage, safety equipment and marketing collateral through to your accounting and job management software. In short, everything you need to start your franchise from day one! Note - this does not include your vehicle and your job equipment (lawn mowing or cleaning equipment)
The start-up costs for a Green Acres franchise is from $36,000 depending on the level of income you would like and the type of franchise you want to buy. Included in this cost is a fully comprehensive equipment pack, as well as three weeks of professional training which allows you to start your franchise with confidence from day one.
